Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Big John's Car Wash facilities, website, or services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Big John's Car Wash provides self-serve and automated car wash services. You agree to use the facility responsibly and in accordance with all posted instructions and signage. You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle on our property.

Memberships and Prepaid Packages

Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the vehicle associated with the account.

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prepaid wash packages are non-refundable once purchased.

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Vehicle Damage

While we take care to maintain our equipment, Big John's Car Wash is not responsible for damage to vehicles that results from Customer negligence, pre-existing conditions, non-standard vehicle modifications, improperly secured parts or accessories, or normal wear associated with the wash process. Customers are encouraged to report any concerns immediately on-site.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the facility for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

Allow minors to operate high-pressure equipment.

Tamper with, damage, or misuse the wash equipment

Behave in a manner that endangers other customers or staff

Leave vehicles unattended in active wash bays

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big John's Car Wash, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service at issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska, where Big John's Car Wash, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
